Your free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent at the time of registration as a user of the project on our website or on any of the platforms with which we operate.
To which recipients do we communicate your data?
Your data will be treated exclusively by AFTERLOCKDOWN with the following exception: the data you provide may be communicated to third parties for the purposes of purposes directly related to the technical and human resources necessary to execute the AFTERLOCKDOWN project as well as to the entities or bodies to which there is a legal obligation. Transfers to third countries outside the European Union will not take place without their consent.
How long do we keep your personal data?
The personal data you provide to us will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, or when it is necessary to keep it due to legal obligations. Users know and agree that participating in the AFTERLOCKDOWN project involves recounting experiences about the exceptional situation created by the Covid-19 pandemic. Posting material on our website and / or through our communication channels may lead to the user sharing data relating to their health or that of third parties. Users are responsible for the publication and use of this information, do so at their own risk and risk, declare to have obtained the authorization of third parties referenced in the published material and release AFTERLOCKDOWN from any liability for the publication of this type of information.
Users of social networks may also participate in actions organized by AFTERLOCKDOWN in which calls are expressly made to participate by these platforms, in which case certain personal information of users of these social networks may be accessed.

The conditions of the shares of participation of AFTERLOCKDOWN are governed by the law of the Spanish state. Any dispute or litigation arising from these general conditions and the specifics of each action, will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, except in the case of consumers, which will be as established by law.
